Breakfast
I was up early and into work by 8 today so I didn't have time to have a good breakfast. As I work as a waitress on the weekend I didn't have any time to sit and eat but I did manage to eat the banana i have brought after an hour and half a cup of tea, but then was rushed off my feet until I went home at midday. the one good thing about being so busy is you have no time to feel hungry and snack.
Lunch
I quite like my lunch and it was something that I hadn't have for a while
Fish cakes (3 syns each) 6 syns
Rice 1 syn
Its a bit high in syns for a lunch for my liking but as I had worked all morning and not eaten much I decided it was time for a treat! What a strange place I'm in where fish cakes and rice are considered a treat!!
Dinner
As it is a Sunday, a Sunday roast was in order! We were at the bf's today and his mum made roast and being a slimming world member, made us slimming roasties and chicken without the skin, still just as tasty to me!
