Breakfast
Ok not a great start.
Let me just say this isn't a normal breakfast for me! I was up very
early this morning so I had to put random things together to make some sort of
meal. I had sausages from tea last night, and I'm not a fan of them plain, hence the sauce.
Muller light FREE
Weight watchers sausage 1/2 syn
The milk is due to thirst and I have to say it filled me up more than
I thought. So much so I left the Muller light until I got into work.
I would eat fruit normally to 'super-free' it, but there was nothing
in the house I liked so had to leave it for today.
Lunch
This is what happens when you don't plan
in advance. I didn't realise how bad lunch was until I started to add up all of
the syns. for some reason I thought Warburton thins were 1.5 syns and how wrong
I was!

That makes it 15.5 syns in one sitting!! I
can see why eating that (and more) for lunch in the past has added on the
pounds.
It was my last day at my volunteer job
today so I have a few days to plan ahead before I go back to uni on Monday.
Dinner
This was more like it. dinner definitely
made up for my syn filled lunch by being completely free!
it was all made in a wok with fry light
and only really took 15min to make. I'm not sure why I don't make them more as
it seems such a simple thing.
Chicken breast

Mushrooms, Red
pepper, Red cabbage, Spring onion,
Courgette, Baby
sweetcorn, Sugar-snap peas FREE
Dried egg noodles
FREE
I used some light soy sauce to give some extra favour and a dash
of Worcester sauce to liven it up.
Sorry it doesn't look more appealing but it was to good to waste time trying to fix it up! Was
very filing, would reheat it for lunch if i had extra. That makes today:
