Breakfast
I planned to have ready brek for breakfast this morning but I went in search of it only to find someone had finished it thrown it away so I had to improvise again and went for some porridge. There is a bit of food shortage in the house today and shopping isn't getting done until tonight so i'm scrounging for healthy food.

Lunch
Was nicely surprised by how much the porridge filled me up, so much so that I didn't feel the need to eat anything for 5 hours! Normally I would have a snack in the middle and even then tried to find something else to eat. I had decided what to have for lunch in advance which made it much easier.
Baxter's Cheese leek & ham pasta 1 syn
Mushroom FREE
It is always a surprise when I eat this as I don't like leek and I don't like ham! but there doesn't seem to be much of either of them in it so I don't mind. This one wasn't one of my best, I think I added too much liquid at the start so the sauce was a bit thin and watery meaning you didn't get much of the cheese flavour.
Dinner
I forgot to take a picture of tea which is a shame as it was the only meal today that would have looked any good!! Today's tea was:
Salmon FREE
Potatoes FREE
Salad (cucumber, tomato, lettuce, beetroot, boiled egg) FREE
It was all nice and healthy, making today food very good indeed. A little bit of oil was used on the potatoes so I would add 1 syn for that to be true to myself that makes today syn count from meals
