This is hoping to be a way for me to keep up with my slimming journey. I joined slimming world last year (Aug 12) and got down to target just before Christmas. But now its all back on so here we go again! I am going to try and post on here as much as I can of what I'm eating, tips I learn, and what I'm doing to get fit.
My other half will be supporting me along the way (and eating the healthy concoctions I come up with!) trying to keep me on the straight and narrow and motivated.
This is my battle of trying to eat healthy in two separate houses where I don't control what we eat in either, as wellas trying to be as good as possible while at University with many temptations!
